Melt Shop-Chelsea

I ordered a Fried Chicken sandwich and got delivered a French Onion Beef sandwich. I called the store and the person on the phone was very understanding and I was VERY quickly delivered the correct sandwich with complimentary shop tots for the error.

Accidents happen, and the staff at the Chelsea location handled it extremely well. The sandwich was great too!

I'm so happy Melt Shop exists! DELICIOUS every time -- and the special cheese blend on your grilled cheeses is FANTASTIC!

Great food. But a 2:39 online order that's not ready till 3:05-3:15 is a little long. Luckily the food is awesome.

Seriously the best ever! Live in miami and every time I am in ny i make sure to order from this place.

The sandwich was so freaking delicious and the delivery was earlier then i expected so all the stars!

First time trying the Melt Shop and wasn't disappointed! My co-worker raved about it and I love a good grilled cheese sandwich, so decided to try it. The delivery was fast and the food was still hot when I received it. I ordered the The shroom sandwich and it had just the right amount of cheesiness and crispiness to the bread. I also tried their Shop tots with the parsley pesto - YOU MUST AS WELL! They were absolutely delicious! Whenever I'm in the mood for a good sandwich I will definitely order from them again. All my cravings were satisfied (even with the strawberry lemonade I ordered too!)

I love this place! The shop tots are great, they don't come crispy when delivered but still taste good and the parsley pesto dipping sauce is amazing! The melt sauce to dip is okay, it tastes like horseradish to me! The grilled cheese is great! Exactly what I expected. The tomato soup is amazing! It's the tiniest bit crispy because you can taste the actual tomatoes that were cut up in it. Delivery has always been 30-60 minutes for me and I'm less than a mile away!

This is my go-to comfort food place, and it hits the spot. It's always going to be hard to get a super perfect grilled cheese sandwich when it's being delivered - but it arrives in pretty good condition with a small amount of sogginess. The tater tots are AWESOME. Their delivery people are friendly. Lemonade and iced tea are great. This isn't culinary genius, but it's a solid yummy lunch.

GREAT food! So delicious. However, the sandwiches are much better when hot...pick up would be better than delivery but delivery is better than nothing. Also, I accidentally ordered the cheesy tots vs. shop tots and they were gross. Soggy, too cheesy (the bad, movie theater pump kind) and just tasted like they were Ore-Ida frozen with cheese whiz. The sandwich was GREAT.

The food is yummy, especially mushroom melt sandwich & tomato soup & shop tots. I need gluten free bread, and I guess that's popular... Sometimes if I order lunch too late in the day, gluten free bread is gone! :/ but I still order from them. Delivery is super quick. Haven't had a mistake with any order yet.
